1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return Conditions

4.1 Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unopened and in original packaging
In the same condition as when received
Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
Ship the product back to us using the provided address

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless:

The product was defective or incorrect
We failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal
We offered to collect the product ourselves

In these cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

Process your refund within 14 business days
Send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Refund the amount to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been damaged due to your misuse or negligence
Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

Arrange for a replacement or full refund
Cover all return shipping costs
Process your claim promptly
